The latest material ropeway was installed in Rasuwa district. The ropeway is capable of carrying load up to 500 kg. Designed for the span of 65m and elevation of 10 m, the ropeway has speed of 0.8 m/s. The ropeway was used for transportation of beams and trusses for construction of bridge by Langtang Hydropower.
